PITCHED Silent Disco is based in Kalgoorlie Western Australia. We currently only service Kalgoorlie. Please enquire for Kambalda and Coolgardie and we will see if we can accommodate your request (a delivery/collection fee will be calculated)

We have many different packages available for hire, which can be tailored to your individual needs. There is a minimum hire of 2 hours and prices vary depending on the package you choose. 

Yes a deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking, with the balance owing payable 14 days prior to your event. Weekly payments can be made to make it easier; however the final balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event date, no exceptions. The $100 deposit in NON Refundable should the event be cancelled by you, except for in certain circumstances at the companies discretion. In the unlikely event that PITCHED Silent Disco needs to cancel an event, all monies including the initial deposit will be returned immediately.

Yes a security deposit against damaged, lost or misplaced headsets will be required on the day of the event prior to delivery; the amount will depend on the value of the booking which is usually 50%. This deposit will be returned up on full collection of all equipment and checking of all equipment to be in good working order.

Anywhere! The beauty of silent disco is that it can take place pretty much anywhere, indoors or outdoors, weather dependent of course! No need to worry about noise restrictions. All you need is a power point and your good to go.

PITCHED Silent Disco equipment is super easy to set up and use with plug and play. You will receive an instruction card upon delivery and by email, don’t worry if you get stuck you can send us a message or give us a call and we’ll talk you through the set up if need. If you require our staff to set up on your behalf please let us know and we will let you know the fee schedule.

If your device has a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, you can connect to our transmitters. This means that your MP3 player, iPod, smart phone, tablet or laptop, can be used as easily as high end stereo equipment, audio or DJ mixer. We will supply all the necessary cables to get you up and running.

PITCHED Silent Disco headphones are far superior to the cheap plastic ones out there. Our headsets have been designed with deep bass sound and FREE white noise so you get the best experience. Remember the better quality the music, the better the sound and our transmitters have a range of up to 350m with seamless music.

PITCHED Silent Disco headphones have a battery life of up to 8 hours and will arrive fully charged, so you can party all day or night long.

Yes, PITCHED Silent Disco headphones are fully adjustable and will fit everyone. The cushioned ear pieces are super comfortable and are great for kids too.

Silent disco is an extremely fun and entertaining part of your party, whether you are celebrating an engagement, wedding, birthday, social function, conference or Holy Communion, PITCHED Silent Disco is great fun and will have your guests raving about your event for weeks on end. Silent Disco at weddings is becoming a new trend across Australia. Due to venue sound restrictions, having PITCHED Silent Disco means there is no loud music so you can party on till the early hours of the morning providing your venue will let you, whilst allowing family and friends to enjoy a good catch up without having to shout over the top of loud music. Granny will love it!

PITCHED Silent Disco headphones will be delivered and collected by our staff. At PITCHED Silent Disco we use heavy-duty cases to ensure nothing is damaged in transit. We provide stands for the headsets and the transmitters come with all required cables. Set up instructions will be sent in the box and by email too. We will provide you with an hour’s delivery time slot so you can ensure someone is home to receive delivery. We will organise a collection time on either the same day or the next morning depending what time your event finishes.

In the event of a headset/headsets being lost, misplaced and/or damaged a replacement fee of $100 per headset will be charged.

**Please Note: 99% of our customers receive their security deposit back in full. All we ask is that the equipment is returned to us on time and in the condition it was received.**

In the event of a transmitter being lost, misplaced and/or damaged a replacement fee of $150 for each Transmitter will be charged. Missing cables will are charged at $20 each to replace.

To confirm your booking you will be required to pay a $100 deposit, provide your ID with current residential address and return to us our terms and conditions agreement signed.

All of our headsets are sanitised ready for you to use under current COVID-19 guidelines and we have completed our certification.
